TMA offers educational programs for children 18 months of age through 6th grade. Above the toddler level, classrooms are three-year communities with a three-year age span. Children, and their families, benefit greatly from remaining up to three years in the same classroom and with the same teacher(s) rather than changing classrooms and teachers each year as in traditional programs. Children are able to learn at their own pace as teachers have more than three years of curriculum available to personalize instruction for each student. Children also learn from each other as older children reinforce their learning by teaching younger children. Children and parents love this aspect of a Montessori education because it develops nurturing, mentoring, and leadership skills in children and promotes a strong relationship with classroom teachers.

We have several early childhood program options for children 18 months of age through Kindergarten. We also have a full elementary which is divided into lower and upper level students. Please choose the appropriate age grouping to find the relevant information:

Early Childhood Programs

• Toddler program: 18 months–3 years
• Preschool Bridge program: 2½–4 years
• Preschool program: 3–6 years
• Kindergarten program: 5-6 years

Elementary Programs

• Elementary: 1st–6th grade
  • Lower Elementary: 1st–3rd grade
  • Upper elementary: 4th–6th grade

Additionally, we have Parent and Child programs on a scheduled basis for children under 18 months old.
